What gets shared.

This is Kunal Sancheti’s personal journal and health record. Public posts and health logs are readable by anyone. Drafts and private entries are accessible only to the signed-in owner and connections the owner authorizes.

Health data

The owner can connect WHOOP to read recovery, sleep, strain and workout data. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted on the server and are never included in public logs. HealthifyMe is not connected automatically; nutrition can be entered manually or imported by the owner.

Imported measurements are presented for review before publication. Medication names, doses, mood and feeling notes are published only when the owner includes them in a public published log. The owner can make a log private or remove it. Public information may be copied by visitors or indexed by search engines.

Storage and connections

The website runs on Vercel, with a Neon PostgreSQL database and private Vercel Blob media storage. Sign-in uses an essential session cookie. WHOOP data is used for the owner’s personal record, not advertising or sale. The owner can disconnect WHOOP from Health Studio, revoking access and removing the stored connection tokens. Disconnecting does not delete logs already saved by the owner.

The ChatGPT connection can read the owner’s entries and save private drafts, including health logs. It has no publishing tool. Access can be revoked in Studio → Connections.
